Whole Wheat Zucchini Tomato & Onion Pizza - Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Then, start the pizza by preparing a homemade whole wheat pizza crust by replacing at least half of the white flour in your favorite recipe with whole wheat flour, or find a great ready to go whole wheat or spelt crust at your local natural foods store. Add organic pizza sauce and thinly sliced tomatoes, zucchini, and onion. Throw on a little fresh rosemary and top everything off with a little organic mozzarella. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
