Friday Fave: Vegan Lunch Box
Welcome to the second “Friday Fave” post. I’ve been trying to pack my lunch for work on most days and when I recently came across the Vegan Lunchbox blog and was really impressed with all of the ideas for veggie packed lunches. Jennifer McCann, author of the blog and a cookbook by the same name, frequently highlights the creative lunches she packs for her son and even posts some recipes from her book.
