PB & Banana
For breakfast, I am a pretty typical Kashi Cruncher, but when I feel like something different, I love to making this simple recipe (that reminds me of my favorite childhood sandwich).
Peanut Butter & Banana Breakfast
1.) Start with one or two full size unsalted rice cakes (I use organic brown rice cakes).
2.) Spread each cake with Natural Peanut Butter (Either Creamy or Crunchy).
3.) Top it off with sliced banana.
4.) Add some natural honey or cinnamon to taste.
